FAQ
For Sellers Do I have to pay anything to list until May 1?
Nope. $0 listing fees and 0% commission until May 1, 2026 at 11:59pm ET. You keep 100% of your sale price minus standard Stripe processing fees (∼2.9% + 30¢). After May 1, standard marketplace fees apply 5% of sale price.
When do I get paid?
Payments are handled through Stripe.
Payment is held until you ship the item Once tracking shows delivered, payout is released Funds arrive in 2–7 business days
You’ll see your exact payout date in your dashboard.
What if a buyer says the item is damaged or not as described?
This is a peer-to-peer marketplace, and gear is not inspected.
Disputes are handled through Stripe Be honest and detailed in your listing: Clear photos Service history Accurate condition
“Good condition for its age” is better than “like new” if it’s not.
Do I need to service my regulator before selling?
No—but transparency matters.
Share the last service date if you know it If not, say: “Service history unknown”
Avoid claiming “dive ready” unless you’re 100% sure.
How does shipping work?
You set the shipping price when creating your listing After it sells: Get buyer’s address Purchase a discounted UPS/USPS label Add tracking after shipping
Payment is released after delivery.
Do I need to clean my gear before shipping?
